Two oxygen stations purchased at the end of 2021 were successfully put into operation in Khmelnytsky Oblast. A total of six stations were purchased for the region’s main hospitals. The main goal of this project is to ensure an uninterrupted centralized supply of oxygen for patients and to provide medical care according to modern standards.<\/p>\n\n
One of the most powerful oxygen stations purchased is the GZ.81.13 model manufactured by Inspital (Turkey), which was installed and put into operation in Khmelnytsky. This is a container-type oxygen station with a capacity of 900 l\/min of 95% oxygen and can simultaneously meet the need for oxygen support for more than 100 patients.<\/p>\n\n
Another Oxivytal-55 oxygen station manufactured by Tesa (Turkey) is already successfully operating at a local hospital in Dunaivka, capable of producing 485 l\/min of 95% oxygen and fully meeting the hospital’s needs.<\/p>\n\n
In addition to Khmelnytskyi and Dunayivka, two more oxygen stations are planned to be launched in the cities of Horodok and Kamianets-Podilskyi in the near future.<\/p>\n\n

First of all, there is no need to constantly buy oxygen cylinders and wait for their timely delivery, which is very important in today’s circumstances.<\/p>\n\n
Without oxygen, it is impossible to operate extremely important departments, such as intensive care, resuscitation, operating rooms, all surgical departments, therapeutic departments, physiotherapy departments, etc., because oxygen is a daily essential consumable, without which a modern hospital cannot function fully.<\/p>\n\n
With its own oxygen station, the hospital will have its own oxygen at all times, making it independent in this regard.<\/p>\n\n
And that’s not all the advantages of an oxygen station. The station is a separate unit of the hospital, which is located on the territory, usually in the form of a container with its own heating, ventilation and lighting. The station is fully automatic, meaning it does not require staff to operate. The principle of operation is that oxygen is obtained from the air, it is purified and dehumidified, then enters a special module with zeolite, where it undergoes a cycle of absorption of nitrogen and excess water. After that, the oxygen produced in this way is transferred to a buffer tank for storage and then distributed through a pipeline to the hospital. It is also possible to install cylinders for filling with oxygen. That is, the hospital can have its own reserve oxygen cylinders, which it can provide to other hospitals, rural health posts, offices and other medical institutions that need oxygen.<\/p>\n\n
