During this time, 8 branches have been opened, including a research laboratory and a maternity hospital. In ADONIS you can undergo full diagnostics of your health and treatment of diseases of various complexity. The medical center employs doctors of 50 specialties, including adult and pediatric surgeons.\r\n\r\nADONIS Medical Center is constantly expanding the scope of its activities and improving the quality of its services. One of the priority areas that is currently being actively worked on is the opening of a cardiovascular surgery department.\r\n\r\nAccording to WHO, Ukraine ranks first in Europe and second in the world in the rating of mortality from cardiovascular diseases [1]. While European countries are already actively fighting this problem, in Ukraine it is, as before, the cause of 67% of deaths [2]. Every second Ukrainian faces cardiovascular diseases and needs cardiologic examination and\/or treatment.\r\n\r\nTreatment according to international protocols with the use of specialized equipment significantly reduces the time a patient spends in hospital and, as a result, reduces treatment costs. And thanks to the use of the latest technologies and high-quality consumables in private medical centers, which optimize the treatment process, the patient avoids multiple risks and possible complications.\r\n\r\nIn order to effectively cope with all the tasks set before the staff of the ADONIS Medical Center was the question of acquiring a modern operating X-ray machine. Ecopel Medical is grateful to the management of ADONIS for their trust and choice of mobile C-arm alien X<\/a> <\/strong> manufactured by the Italian company Eurocolumbus<\/a>.<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nThis model of the alien X<\/strong> mobile digital X-ray C-arm is suitable for interventional diagnostics and surgery. WAD<\/strong> (Water Aided Dissipation)<\/strong> (Water Aided Dissipation)<\/strong>: X-ray tube cooling system; thanks to the combination of dielectric oil in the middle of the radiology suite, as well as the cooling agent and the advanced heat exchanger, no fans (forced cooling) in the sterile area. EHC<\/strong> (Eurocolumbus Heat Control)<\/strong>: real-time thermal control thanks to immediate action in relation to changes in frames per second and \/ or pulse and \/ or imaging and radiological parameters, to ensure optimal system performance and prevent overheating.<\/li>\r\n \t
      • Manual – Motorized – Hybrid<\/strong>. The movements of the alien X C-arm can be controlled either manually or motorized; the lightweight manual control allows the system to be used simply and ergonomically thanks to the special handles. Hybrid control allows you to combine the use of both methods.<\/li>\r\n \t
      • EPD Collision Prevention System<\/strong>. The EPD system is used to protect the patient and physician, as well as mechanical damage to the equipment (X-ray emitter and detector) from possible collisions with obstacles. EPD senses the proximity of anatomical or metal parts, completely stopping the movement of the C-arm to prevent any collision. It is important to note the fact that if the EPD system interferes during X-ray emission, all C-arm movement stops, but it does not interfere with X-ray emission.<\/li>\r\n \t
      • The ETS15.<\/strong> alien X comes with two ETS15 touchscreen control monitors, one located on the C-arm and the other at the rear of the monitor cart (the side that will be occupied by the x-ray operator). Both touch screens are 15.6″, synchronized with each other. Each ETS15 can display either one or two images of real-time and reference data, and allows easy drawing of blood vessel outlines and adding markers or annotations to the image.<\/li>\r\n \t

        • Automatic adjustment of pulse\/frame rate<\/em><\/li>\r\n \t
