The new SP-900 Sonography System has been specifically designed for studies using high-frequency mini-probes. The SP-900 probes are inserted through the biopsy channel of traditional endoscopes, giving you continuous access to diagnostic ultrasound during your routine endoscopy – regardless of the type of endoscopy machine used.A wide variety of mini-probes are available in different lengths, diameters and frequencies. The 12/15/20/25 MHz probes can be used in endoscopes with a biopsy channel of at least 2.8 mm in diameter. The 7.5 MHz probe allows the endoscope to be used as an ultrasound endoscope.Most recently, 2700 mm long mini-probes designed specifically for double-balloon endoscopy have become available.
