The Z-Motion bench is fully motorized and balanced. For fast positioning, the stand can be easily positioned manually by pressing the brake switches, the switches are located on the X-ray tube and detector handles. The stand is equipped with four electric motors for precise and easy positioning when using motorized movements.
The Z-Motion can be used for patients in various positions: sitting, standing or lying on the mobile radiography table. The unique design maintains alignment between the collimator and digital receiver in any position. Thanks to the wide range of focus variation from source to receiver (SID) of 39″- 79″ (100 – 200 cm), a large number of different examinations can be performed, such as: chest, oblique, lateral and tabletop examinations.
Convenient operation
All motorized and programmed Z-Motion positions are displayed on the 7″ touch screen control display, automatically rotating according to the position of the Z-Motion tripod. This display has a simple and easy to use user interface that allows the operator to set already 6 programmed positions.
Membrane control buttons on the detector side provide more flexibility and convenience for the operator during operation. Bluetooth remote control for precise positioning (ordered separately).
The “Sticky Position” option, which is activated via the 7″ touch screen display allows the Z-Motion tripod to automatically adjust and move to the programmed position after it has been manually adjusted.
Optional image stitching programs are available for 2 or 3 exams.

Safety first
The Z-Motion is equipped with a full suite of active and passive safety mechanisms, including proximity sensors that help detect collisions and mechanical obstacles to protect both user and patient.
An emergency stop button is located on the side of the column and shuts down the unit when pressed.
